We would highly recommend Tausha Carlson and Marathon Real Estate! When we listed our house, I was about 5 months pregnant and we weren't sure how long it would take to sell since most homes in our old neighborhood took an average of 9 months. With Tausha, our house had a contract on it in about 2 months! She also helped us buy our new home and we were able to move in and get settled before baby. She and her staff are very professional and knowledgeable. My husband and I had never been through the home selling process before and had never bought an existing home (our first house was newly built), so we turned to her with our questions and sought her advice and suggestions. Her contractor recommendations are terrific too! Her customer service is great and she is always quick to respond. She's dedicated to her work, thorough, friendly, and very personable. We would definitely work with her again.
