My family and I recently moved from northeast Ohio to the Austin region for two reasons: 1) to be closer to family, and 2) as an entrepreneur I wanted to relocate my business to a more favorable small business environment. After exploring the region, we chose the Lake Travis area because of its exemplary schools and because we fell in love with the beauty of the Texas Hill Country. Although we met with a few realtors in the area during our house hunting trips, we chose to go with Tausha because she possessed all of the traits that we were looking for in a real estate agent: expert knowledge of the local housing market, advice on buying a home based on sound real estate acumen, and a caring, personal touch that would help guide us through the whole home buying process. Unlike many realtors who specialize in a specific neighborhood or region of the city, Tausha was expert in a fairly encompassing region of Austin, so when we started our home search she provided us directly with what we what needed to know about a specific area and its schools without having to refer us to another agent or colleague.
