Me and my wife have rented from Tosh for over six years.
Marathon has always been patient with the oft busy and wacky schedule of my scientist / PHD candidate wife and my eccentric artist's needs.
My wife often kept very odd hours during her lab times and Marathon was always thoughtful of her need to sleep when sleep was available. This means that they tried to schedule workmen and such according to our needs.
They always were prompt with repairs and when speaking to them it was always a pleasant experience to talk to them.
We will miss their personal service and kindness as we move on to our next place out of state.
Good folks all around.
