When I took a job in MN and needed to sell our Austin home a coworker recommended Tausha. She was so easy to work with, very calming for a first time seller who is a little neurotic in the first place. She immediately jumped right in, listing our home in a variety of places beyond the MLS and was always there to answer every little question I could come up with. With us already being in MN she was able to recommend a fantastic title company that could handle us being out of state with no issues and Anita in her office was great at taking care of all the coordination. The whole process went smoothly and quickly. When Tausha says she sells houses faster than the market average she's not kidding! And all without sacrificing price or quality. When we move back to Austin and look at purchasing a home she will be the only one we deal with.
