My wife and I wanted to take our first cruise and didn't know anything other than what we had seen online. Diana was recommended to us by a friend, and we paid her a visit. We were so glad that we did!
She worked within our budget and was extremely knowledgeable about all the cruise lines and what types of crowds and environments you'd find on each one. She not only gave us great information about what's included and not included in the price, but scheduled transportation to and from the airport for us as well.
Diana was great throughout - from setting up the cruise, to checking on us a couple weeks prior, and following up with us afterward to make sure that we had a wonderful time.
We'll definitely be going back to her for our next cruise!
