I called on two occasions...both times the different people answering the phones were rude. I had a gift certificate to use. They made me a 60 min apptmt without asking me whether I wanted a 60 or 90 min. When I told them my GC was for 90 min, she made it seem like my fault b/c ""well, most people only schedule 60 min massages."" Didn't get a refund, she said i needed to use the rest of my GC in the store. She could have offered me the rest of my 30 min massage. Massage was ok, the people working in the place killed my experience.
Pros: an ok massage
