Review content:
I went in for my hair a few weeks ago and was not wow'd by this salon at all. My services were just a generic 30 minute haircut and styling. In general it's nice enough but to market it as a high-end salon is a bit of a stretch, especially since they are charging high-end prices. The waiting area is way too crowded, if you can even call it that. (It is really just 4 chairs lined up in front of the receptionists desk. On the weekends it is a zoo just like some other reviewers posted! Nothing at all like the relaxing reprieve that spas are supposed to be. I had read some of the reviews below and was surprised by the consistently high ratings. Perhaps Dallas has higher standards. What kind of weirds me out is that the owner monitors these reviews and feels the need to make snide replies to the postings. That is the purpose of having a review area--so consumers like us can give our honest opinions without feeling the threat of backlash though I don't doubt I'll be getting some. Yes, we are educated members that understand there might be some fake ""bad"" reviews just as we understand that there are fake ""good"" reviews as well, but I don't see those getting investigated. I don't doubt there will be a few ""good"" reviews in the next few days in response to this posting.
