DO NOT EAT HERE!
my family and I walked in to the San Antonio Dick's well aware of the potential atmosphere but the waiter began making RACIST ASIAN JOKES to my mother in-law in front of the entire restaurant and my 2 young children. the customers all looked up in disgust and surprised that the waiter said those things. he then asked me why i wasn't laughing and i told him that was racist and not at all funnyl. The other customers began to clap for us and many of them told the waiter he was out of line. we decided to stick it out and eat anyway hoping we didnt get him as a waiter.
our food came and i found a SMALL ROACH COOKED INTO MY FRENCH FRIES. i asked our waiter to please take the fries back but he said ""GIVES IT FLAVOR"". we all had enough and walked out. i spoke to the manager about the food and racist remarks and he responded ""THEY WILL ALL BE GETTING RAISES FOR THIS""
FOOD WAS GROSS (i dont eat roaches)
ATMOSPHERE IS OFFENSIVE AND FILTHY
i hope this never happens to another family again...
I have already began a claim against DICK's and a full lawsuit will be complete soon.
