The ONLY thing these guys wanted to do was sell me a new system for $3,200! I just moved into a new house. It has a water softner that has been FULL of salt for 3 months. The salt level hasn't budged (indicating it is not working). I also have a reverse osmosis system under the sink to purify drinking water. The company that installed that 2 years ago when the house was built wanted $130 to replace the filters and check out the water softner. I bought some filters for $20 and tried to replace but couldn't. SO, I called this place that sent me a coupon and offered an inspection for $29 and figured they may just put the things in for a few bucks or I'd just pay for a filter replacement. Pros: Cheap Cons: You get what you pay for
