I have hired many carpet cleaners over the years but none as knowledgeable and courteous as Mario from The Steam Team. We were very impressed from the moment he began preparations to clean our carpet until he finished the job. Being able to just go online and set up an appointment was also a big plus, with Jessica in customer service keeping me informed of available dates and times. I really liked that too!! Worth every cent (which was very reasonable!). Thank you to The Steam Team!!
