Review content:
We have used The Steam Team for a second time and we were super impressed each time. It's refreshing to find great customer service and excellent results. We have tried every product available in the home cleaning aisle at our local grocery store, but did not see the results we needed on our carpet stains, from high traffic, pets & kids.
I was able to go online and book my appointment with ease. I was contacted by a customer service rep via email to select my time slot on the day I requested. They were extremely accommodating with my busy schedule. Once the technician arrived, he was friendly, fast and did excellent work! The rooms look brand new and smell fantastic.
Did I mention they are very affordable and do not try to sell any products or recommend unnecessary treatments?
I was impressed when I receive a complimentary bottle of stain remover in case there are any accidents!
I highly recommend their services to family and friends, so I thought I would share with all of Austin!
