I've been coming to this location since about a week after they opened. After trying out several [quite good] therapists, I have been with Evan Briggs for about 3 years, if not longer. I suffer from chronic pain, and Evan has helped reduce my pain level as well as the depression that has been caused by the pain. We decided together, after several months of one-hour massages, that I need 80 minutes, and I am happy to pay for the extra time. I became a member on my first visit, and have had no trouble getting appointments or having my card misused. The staff are friendly and any complaints [only about therapists -- this is pre-Evan -- who claim they can do deep tissue work when they can't] I have had have been listened to and resolved quickly. There have been a couple of problems with scheduling -- I have a standing, weekly appointment -- but the management has been wonderful about solving those, too. I won't go anywhere else!
