Review content:
Marbella did not live up to expectations of getting a great color and cut. I had three different appointments for color and cut. Each time I had to have them do a color correction. I have fine hair and each time they didn't leave the toner in long enough. My hair looked like zebra stripes! I thought they might take note of how my hair reacts to color but I was wrong...I gave them 2 additional chances ...in the end I spent over 3 hours each trip to the salon ...including return trips to get it corrected, and spent over $600 total for this. My mistake was giving them additional chances. I have since found a salon with more knowledgeable colorist and it is less expensive.
