I just wanted to stop by and leave a comment about my first experience with Beauty & Beyond... compared to some of the other experiences I have had at a few other places for a facial Beauty & Beyond was Truly Exceptional and a Diamond hidden in the heart of the Midtown/Montrose area.
I went there a little leary since I had been to a few other places that sadly were not up to these standards...The Staff Here was completely Professional, Extremely Welcoming and Explained everything to me as we went along with each service. DeAnn my facialist was extremely helpful during my facial which was very relaxing after a hard day...she was very thorough with putting me at ease and explained each product and why she was using them on my skin...Loved the neck and shoulder massage I have to tell ya...She even did a few extractions on my face that I didn't feel or even notice when it was all done with.
I was so relaxed that when it came time to leave I really didn't want to get up to leave...when I was about to check out the receptionist Emily was very friendly and began telling me about some of the other options for the salon...including threading...which I had not tried until that day...it was virtually painless and only took about 4 mins. for the brows and my upper lip...Thanks Vaishali! I have gotten so many complements...and will Definately Be Back Soon!
Pros: Relaxing Environment, Friendly Staff, Love the Music!!!
Cons: I had to Wake up and go Home.
