HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR: At drop off, owner Robert Sataloe added numerous fees that I have never been charged at other kennels. He then quoted me a price more than 50% higher than the price I had been given over the phone (and twice the price of my usual kennel) .
