I have tried many, many salons and spas in Dallas and Austin looking for the one that had it ""all"" and have finally found it! Jackson Ruiz has the most welcoming faces and relaxing surroundings. Everyone is extremely laid back and you never feel like a small fish in a big pond. The professionalism and expertise of every staff member is unparalleled and the cost is extremely reasonable. From the small touches such as a no cell phone policy, cold water w/ cucumber slices in the waiting area, and perfect soothing lighting, to a huge plus - NO TIPS allowed, Jackson Ruiz Salon is a must try for everyone!
