this is the worst place in town my wife recently got her hair cut and colored. from the time she step in the store she was treated like trash. my wife is nothing of the sort (nurse at st. davids). she does not go in to the ""high class"" establishments often so when a friend she works with told her she should try jackson ruiz out she did. the hostess yells at her and then apologizes to her teeny bopper friends that were even customers, she got offered red wine but after 15min of sitting in the chair waiting she finally gets an ""we are out."" then after sitting there she gets shuffled to another waiting room where the stylist takes someone else after another 15 min a completly new person walks in and takes her to the back to get her hair colored... IT WAS DONE WRONG!!!! my wife is very perticular about her coloring and to spend so much to get it done to not her satisifcation just upsets me to no ends. she then waits in the waiting room 10 min then a very rude black lady walks in to dry her hair. she says ""lets go"" does it then leaves... my wife just sitting there.... finally the original stylist walks in and takes her to the front.... please do not go to this establishment!!! if you want your hair colored wrong do it at home... atleast you could have some fun...
