Review content:
We were delighted the moment we walked in with the simple decor and friendly ambience. The menu is limited and they also have daily specials. Yesterday's was a shiitake mushroom and scallop omelet that I'll remember as one of the best omelets I've ever had. My wife had their fresh smoked salmon and eggs which she thought was excellent. The lower seating area has about eight tables and has the European feel where you are seated near others but easily feel your own privacy. The staff was very friendly and polite. I think it was the owner and her son while they made sure we had everything we wanted. Their friendly personalities added additional warmth to the simple charm of the dining experience. We look forward to going back and trying a dinner soon and will enjoy recommending this to friends.
