Dr. Champagne is friendly and knows a lot about her field. However, I took my pet into get fixed and the receptionist confirmed my appointment with inaccurate information that could have been harmful to my pet. I found out from the vet prior to surgery that we had received the wrong information to prepare for surgery and I would have to come back another day. I came to pick up my pet that afternoon and found I had received some partial charges that I believe should have been comped for the trouble, but perhaps they wanted to get at least some money out of the visit!! I waiting almost 30 minutes for them to bring my pet to me from the back. What a hassle! No apologies, just a smart vet with an somewhat untrained front office staff. I'm going to do some research because there has to be better, and hopefully a less expensive alternative. Pros: smart vets Cons: office staff
