Review content:
I needed to get some service done early morning before work so I stopped by because of their early morning hours. I stood in line for close to 10 minutes with one individual in front of me and someone else who had been waiting behind. The entire time we were in the store front we could hear the people talking about other business in the office (The door was open and they were no more then 10 feet from us). The door bell when you enter was sufficiently loud to draw their attention but they ignored it regardless. It wasn't until I asked the gentleman in front of me if they had waited on him (they hadn't) and the three of us started complaining to each other that they exited the office to wait on us. At this point I was already on my way out of the store, two of us complained about customer service and instead of them offering any apology their only response was "We were talking about business" and "We'll we're here now either we can help you or you can go somewhere else". I'm sorry but you have customers waiting in your store for 10+ minutes, with two of them being walk in business. Wait on your customers first and then you can resume your conversation, it wasn't about a critical customer issue it was about multiple individual problems. Two minutes of customer service would have prevented two customers walking out.
