Review content:
I chose sears because they offered the best price for the tires I wanted. The price they advertised even beat out tirerack.... At the store they charged me $18.00 more per tire and $114 for mounting which is listed as $0 online. We even printed out and brought the online quote into the store and we were told "I just found out that apparently we don't match online prices". This is ridiculous because the quote came off the sears website where the actual store in De Witt was chosen via zip code and it clearly states at the top of the quote "in store Price". When I asked to speak to the manager I was told he was not there and that he will be in tomorrow and he is the only one who can do price changes. After all that they took 3 1/2 hours to put the tires on, balance and alignment. In conclusion I don't recommend Sears to anyone for ANYTHING especially tires. Next time I'll go to a local tire specialist who cares about customer satisfaction and honoring their word because their livelihoods depend on it. Oh and the only reason I gave it one star is because this form is considered incomplete and cannot be submitted without a rating. Pros: NONE Cons: EVERYTHING
