I would rate this dealer with 0 stars if the site allowed. I went there today, searching for a replacement part (door jamb switch) for a 2006 Subaru Legacy Outback. I also had the old part in hand (with a part# on it) so I could show the parts folks what I needed. The parts guy refused to help me without a VIN#. Unfortunately, it's my son's car currently in Champaign, IL, so I did not have the VIN. The parts guy wouldn't even look it up. He was very condescending and behaved as if I was wasting his time. After I left, I contacted the parts dept at Libertyville Subaru. What a difference in attitude! Very polite and helpful, and guess what---no VIN required! It's a very common part used in most models of Subaru, and they had one in stock, which they set aside until I could drive there and pick it up. Pros: null Cons: null
