The employees at Gary Lang are always a pleasure working with. We have purchased 4 vehicles from Bill Ciszon and will continue to do so, as well as highly recommend others to take their business there. Whenever we need service on our vehicles they are very prompt and the waiting time is very little! more

They presented us with a number of options and once we narrowed down the specific vehicle we were interested in they worked hard to get us a great deal. What a fun time I had purchasing my 2014 Subaru Forester from Gary Lang Auto Group! Leo Lewitan was an excellent salesman! From my first visit, I felt welcome, and I appreciated not feeling pressured to make my purchase. I was deciding between a few different cars (some from other dealerships). But I came back to Gary Lang because of the excellent customer care. I’ve left other dealerships feeling belittled, pushed around, and frustrated. Leo was respectful, patient, and straightforward. He made sure I felt comfortable with the car I was choosing, and worked with me on the trade-in value of my old car and the price of my new car. I LOVE my Forester – and I had such a great time working with Leo and the Gary Lang Auto Group! Thank you for making this such a positive experience! more

Score one for Joe Dicks, our salesman. We have bought numerous cars at Gary Lang, but Joe has been by far our favorite salesman. Joe went out of his way to help me out with a car I could afford, and this time it wasnt easy. Had a great experience at Gary Lang auto group. They were very flexible and made sure my every need was taken care of. I would recommend buying a vehicle from them because they were very friendly and worked very hard to get me the vehicle I wanted. I could not be happier with my visit and purchase at Gary Lang. Dave Melamed was beyond helpful and to the point. No running in circles or silliness like that while dealing with him. Jake was knowledgeable about the 2013 Chevrolet Sonic LT that I was looking at, the financing group helped me in getting the best deal I could while staying within my budget, and Jessica was helpful in explaining the protective plans available to me as well as coordinating after market services and getting a loaner for me as soon as it was possible so I was able to show off the finished product to my family. more

I recently bought a 2005 GMC Yukon Denali through Jason at Gary Lang Auto Group. I live in Ohio so the purchase was through the internet and the telephone. Since this was my first time buying a vehicle over the internet, i was very unsure. When I buy such things of value as a vehicle, I am the type of person the item has to be literally perfect. Jason made several video's of the truck detailing all the little nooks and crannies and even in his dress clothes, crawled under the truck to video the undercarriage. I can tell you right now, I don't know of anyone who would have done that!!!!!. The truck ended up being in excellent condition as if it had just come of the assembly line. I am not a fan of car salesman just because of how they try to talk you into buying vehicles of of not so great shape by saying you are getting a good deal. But this isn't the experience I had with Jason. I have told just about everyone here in OHIO, (GO BUCKS!!!!), of the great experience. I would recommend if you are wanting to buy a car online, Jason and Gary Lang Auto Group is worth checking out!!!!!!!!!! Pros: null Cons: null more

Outstanding Job!! 4/13/2012

I had a bad experience at my local dealer in Rockford. I drove an hour out of my way because I have had a lot of my friends recommend Gary Layng. I was not disappointed. They put me in the right car, at the price I wanted, in my first color choice with the options I wanted, no heavy duty sales tactics, no hidden surprises. When it was time to add another factory option I wanted, the service dept. was amazing. Gave me a car for a couple of hours, told me where the local restaurants were. Everyone there treated me like I was a high end customer. I will continue to buy from them, just wish they were closer to home, but well worth the trip. Kyle Bartels and Kyle Richards were so helpful, I could not have been more pleased. Oh yeah, and my car (Kia Soul) is simply amazing! Pros: null Cons: null more

I recently purchased my second car from Gary Lang. Both times I have been very please and have had nothing but a good experience. My car that I just traded in has been very reliable and has not had any major problems at all. It was seven years old and only needed service one time. This time I worked with Mark and he was great.
