I found Charlotte's on CitySearch when I needed to send flowers to my sister in Texas. I needed a place I could trust, since I live in California. Charlotte not only caught my visions, but kept the arrangement within my budget, delivered it on time, and wowed my sister with her design genius! I would absolutely use Charlotte's again anytime I need a florist in the Austin area.
