I purchased my sundance in January of 2011 from Champange Spa's and like everything in this world, there will always be problems. They asked that I leave a testimonial the day I purchased and I said I would, but I thought I would let a few months go by just to make sure of what my experience would be. I have to be honest that when I came here, I read of few of the negative responses and was amazed. I did have a few problems at the begining, but they made it right. Matter of fact, the service tech came out at 7pm one night to fix the ozonator. It was not that serious to come out that late, but he did it anyway. It has been 8 months now and I am extremely happy with my spa and have not had a single problem. Sundance makes the BEST spa's. I shopped around a TON, looking at all of the competitors including Cal Spas, HOT Tubs etc..., and you cannot go wrong with a sundance spa. It is amazing machine and i am very happy to own it and purchase it from Champagne Spa's.
