I have done business at the Tread Quarters at 1401 Airline Boulevard, Portsmouth,VA. for over 20 years. My last visit was in 2005 which I purchased a full set of tires with the road hazard. I took my truck in at 8 am to replace the front tire. In the past, the service has been superior. After 3 hours of waiting, I checked on my truck and it was sitting near the sidewalk, my windows were down, keys in the ignition and on. Can you believe a service tech could be so irresponsible? He was inside and I had to locate him. Finally, I received my truck at 1:21 pm. I was told they are under new management. Maybe it's time for another change in management.
