Review content:
I recently moved to Texas from Florida and was a member of Massage Envy in Florida. When I went to the Craig Ranch location I was told that the price per month was $10 cheaper than what I was paying in Florida. Interesting to find out as I never knew. They instructed me to let my current membership run out and then to start a new one to get the lower price per month. This whole time I had 2 pre-paid massages that I just hadn't had a chance to use during the move. When I recently went to make an appointment I found out that because I let my membership expire, which I was told to do by both the location in Craig Ranch and Florida, I lost my 2 pre-paid massages. I am out $120 and there is nothing they were going to do. I wasn't told by either location that pre-paid massages expired with your membership. What is the point of pre-paying for them and having the ability to use them when you wanted. This place is a rip off!! Be careful if you decide to join.?
