Late afternoon appointment. Came very clean (curious how he stayed so clean, later I found out.) The leak was by the faucet outside. He turned on the water. We saw water by the faucet, but told me he couldn't determine where the leak was. It would cost $359-$797 to locate the leak, then an additional charge to fix it. For this information, I had to pay $49. no wonder he stayed so clean, no work! I decided to contact another plumbing company (Schrade.) Up front they told me $95 an hour. Started digging, located the leak, repaired it and fixed a toilet problem, all for under $300!! Guess who I'll be contacting for future repairs, NOT METRO FLOW! I called their office the next day and was told they never do any digging without running air in the line to determine exactly where the leak was. $49 easy money for them!
