I have been using these Vets since I moved here 1 year ago. I really like all three of the Vets, but their staff is rude and sets up shots and treatments that are not necessary. My dog was given rabies shots that were not due until 1 more year because the "girls in the front" said he was due. Not really good to rely on the "girls in the front". Also I set up an appointment for them to see one of my puppies that had a scratch on his eye-told them I just needed some antibiotic cream for it-they said they were busy-just drop him off and they would get the vet to look at it in his spare time. I called back about 15 min. later and they said they were going to have to sedate him. It was an obvious scratch- the puppies were just playing a little rough. I told them I would pick him up and of course when I got there- they handed me antibiotic cream. Now when I call the staff is noticably rude and puts me on hold for a LONG time. I am changing Vets because of the staff in the front desk. They never had been nice, but now they are really not nice. Pros: The Vets are friendly Cons: To get to the Vets you have to go through the Uncaring Front desk staff
