Said they were able to replace the soles of a pair of Christian Louboutin 5" heel pumps. The sole job was okay, but they had to cut part of the bottom arch area to be able to...The problem I had with this is the quality and craftsmanship was poor and has come apart for the FIFTH time already in less than a month and half. I had returned to get it fixed free of charge, but the hassle and not being able to wear my shoes much in the past month and half because they have been in the shop is ridiculous. I'm worried they are goig to try to ruin the shoes even more if they cut even higher in the arch.
