Review content:
This company saved the day for me! My a/c went down in the middle of a heat wave and I called Aladdin in a panic. The woman that answered the phone was lovely and reassuring even though they were booked solid. They scheduled me for the next day but called within and hour to let me know that one of their technicians finished a job in my area earlier than expected! The tech, Wayne, called me on his way over and within two hours my system was back up and running. The problem was relatively minor and the tech that my system is still in great working condition. No hard upsells, no hype...just great, down-to-earth people and a great experience (resulting in a cool house again!!).
