Review content:
The review titled "I'm sorry" does not accurately reflect my experience in the ten years I have been taking pets, both cats and dogs, to Greenfield Veterinary Hospital. Dr. Winnie and his colleagues have always been absolutely professional, kind, courteous and generous with their time and have always been more than reasonable any time finances were a concern. I own a pet business, and in my experience, a person's opinion of any one vet often depends on whether or not the patient had a "happy outcome", and has nothing to do with the capabilities of the vet, which in Dr. Winnie's case are truly numerous. Personally, I am loyal to Greenfield Veterinary Hospital and it is always the first call I will make when one of my pets is sick.
