If possible use another mortgage company. Rocky Mountain DOES NOT give you a grace period in which you can pay your mortgage.. they want you to pay it on the first of each month and if something comes up and you can't make it..you are screwed! Because since they don't give you even a day to pay it late and then they start harrassing you with phone calls and letters and of course a late charge!!.. they are a bunch of scammers! DO NOT do business with them! Let's raise our voices and help end all these business with shady practices!
