Review content:
I rented a passenger van for the day at the Alameda location. The van was 9 yrs old and showed it. No speakers in the rear, seats were worn, the doors would not close properly, and the van shook at 30 mph. I took the vehicle back with 2 hrs to spare and there was no one there. I had to call the owner on my cell and left without meeting with him. He stated he would cantact me within the hour. Two days later, I had a message on my home answering machine. He stated there was chips on the seats and the windows were dirty, so he added a $25 charge on my credit card because he subcontracts someone to wash his vehicles. Remember, this is Alameda and no one hires to do car washing. I called him asap and argued this charge. Not only did I over pay renting this old van, but I got billed for a 75 cent vacuum and $1 car wash. I will never rent from this place again.
