Please check with the BBB before using this service. The owner William Franklin has more than 30 upset customers because he never returned there computers, but charged them for the service upfront. He has a no refund policy. When you do not get your computer back he refers you to the terms and conditions on his website and explains the no refund policy. William has given these customers the run around for over two months. He hired me as an assistant and how I learned this information and he told me the computers were stolen. He also has not paid me for any hours I have worked.
