Just wanted to drop a line to say a big thanks to the whole crew. As hectic as things were at the Midnight Madness sale, everyone took absolutely fantastic care of my wife and I while we worked our way through picking up a 2003 HD 1200 Custom. I'll have to say, without hesitation, that the experience from the customer end was one of the finest I've had in my 40 years of breathing. Being treated like that on a slow day would have been awesome, but on a night like that? Top Notch! The trip home was very enjoyable 100 miles of back roads at night... expect us to make the trip again when our finances and your inventory line up for that Heritage Softail Classic I've always wanted. Additionally, I Hope to have yo hear as many times as possible, "Aaron and Shan-Aan sent us.. said you guys rock!" Thanks again! We'll be seeing you soon.
