Review content:
This is the MOST incompetent pharmacy I have ever encountered. I spent a week without the diabetic testing strips that I need becasue they are so incompetent. They did not know the difference between the strips and a totally different type of product. All anyone would have had to do is actually read the box labels - but they could not even do that. When I was arguing with them - they mentioned that all perscriptions are not necessarily filled by Pharmacists! They are untrained people (it seems without supervision or quality control) fill the scripts. This was the last straw. They frequently do not have medicine in stock and they never call to tell you. I've never NOT had to go back twice to get a perscription. It's absolutely ridiculous. Go to ANY other pharamcy if you want service and knowledgeable staff. Duane Reade at Amsterdam & 108th is MUCH better. Pros: none Cons: Terrible service, Incompetent staff, Poorly organized
