Review content:
Several years ago I was very pleased with the service from West Side Maids - I contacted them from a personal reference. All of a sudden, the work was shabby and not worth the money. I contacted the office by mail and, although a person called me back, there was no resolution and I haven't used them since. The person who referred them to me isn't using them anymore either.
Pros: They are bonded
Cons: seems manager doesn't care about the bad service
