I like others on this review have never written a completely negative review on any service or company, but, wow...Depew Appliance is the WORST. I bought a refrig there a year and a half ago because I needed a very small, hard to find model to fit my space. I was having a $30k kitchen redo at the time, and I paid 1/2 up front, then never received any bill from Depew. I frankly forgot about the deal and know one at Depew every followed up by phone or mail until Over a YEAR had passed. The salesman Kenneth accused me on the phone of lying and avoiding my bill. Shocked I told him I would check my records and call him back. Within 10 minutes the owner Mike Depew pulled up to my house! Threatening me if I didn't pay him right there and then. It was like something out of a scene from a "hit man" type movie where the big guy comes over to a guy's house to "lean" on him to pay off his gambling debt! I'm not embellishing any of this! When I pointed out that it's been over a year since I bought the refrig, Mike just said "yeah yeah yeah...give me my money...you owe us." STAY AWAY FROM DEPEW APPLIANCE. Next stop for me is the BBB on these guys.
