Review content:
When I called this office to make an appointment I was very uneasy. The person who picked up the phone had a very heavy accent and didn't know much about Insurance. She keep asking someone else. Never the less I made the appointment. When I arrived I was greeted by a very nice receptionist. she welcomed me in the office and made me feel good. My visit was professional and informative. I had some questions about my wisdom teeth (which the Dr. Recommended I have removed). I was told to speak with the Insurance geek. This girl knew her stuff!! she answered every last question and was very pleasant. She knew tons of Information on Insurance and helped me understand everything from A-Z regarding the Surgical visit I had scheduled. The only thing I didn't like was the amount of interuptions I experienced speaking with this girl. Everyone was asking her questions like she was the only one who worked there. Overall I had a great experience at this office. even though I don't know "Insurance Geek's" name, I appreciate all the time she spent with me.
