We just came from a fabulous dinner at Butterfly - it's a Wednesday night. The ambience was great, breathtaking views, outstanding live band....not a quiet band, but not too loud either - we could still hear each other talk and enjoy some great tunes! The staff was very friendly and prompt and the food was exquisite! The duck, ribs and scallops - superb! And the much talked about KALUA PIG WITH LETTUCE WRAPS were awesome! Such a lovely, different Asian flare to the menu. The dessert - out of this world! We tried the banana lumpia with coconut pineapple ice cream and also the banana bread pudding. WOW!!! is all I have to say. We're coming back and bringing more friends. Maybe even have a large dinner party there.
