I emailed Allen one evening and received a reply the next day. I needed to bring my bike in and I live over an hour away so we set up a day that I could bring my bike in for a tune up and I could wait for it. Allen was great to work with - he made me feel like I was the only customer he had and that my bike was the focus of his attention. He made some recommendations and we made a few changes. I was so impressed with Allen and Cycle Logic it is the only bike shop I will use. Other may be bigger, or fancier - but NONE will be better.
Pros: Product, Price, Service - They Have It All
