I tok my bike in for service. I was impressed by their fast turn around time. I have an unusual bike with some unusual custom parts, and I was also really pleased that Allen was willing to work with me to get the drive chain working smoothly. Their staff is very pleasant, professional, and experienced. They are cyclists helping cyclists. I also consider the excellent deals they offer on used bikes a 'hidden jewel.'
