What a nightmare! This is the most unprofessional, uneducated, and sloppy contractor I have ever worked with. I have worked with many. Let me begin by saying that his price was not the lowest quote we received. He was the middle man. I should have seen it coming when he was over two hours late to give us the estimate; which made us have to reschedule. Once the job was agreed upon I was told that he would email me the contract. It never showed up. We he showed up again; 2 days late, to start the job he did a hand written contract.
