Luxury apt with poor customer service skills and the Manager is highly rude. How can you be a leasing agent or deal with the public if the customer service skill factor isn't there??? Living here you will fill like another number. Going to the office for assistance is draining, you feel like you're getting on their nerves with the response of, "What do you need?" instead of "How may I help you?".... or even a greeting. A hello or how are you?... would be nice. All they want is to get their numbers up. Once you're in, you will be treated like another number. There's nothing luxury about the apartment except the counter tops and marble floors. Poor customer service skills at it's finest. You can get better service renting in uptown. Pros: null Cons: null
