Review content:
A very disappointing visit; although I didn't have an appointment I was sent to an exam room, waited over an hour and then when the Doc did arrive I was given a 2 minute lecture on just arriving and not having an appointment. (excuse me but when my dog is in pain, that's my #1 priority) Sorry I can't book a appointment when things happen and my dog is in pain! Finally got the doc to let me leave her and do some tests.... was conactecd around noon, the 1st thing I was told.."we're done torturing your dog" (wtf) I was given the test results and asked to come pick her up between 3:30 - 4:30. I arrived @ 4. Watied until 5:15 before the doc could make time to show me the test results! When I asked " what can we do to prevent this in the future?" Response; "don't get another dachshund" Needless to say I am looking for another vet to take my "kids" too.
