Businiess name:  Trixie + Peanut Pet Emporium

Review content:
My wife, daughters, and I have been to Trixie and Peanut on numerous occasions. Each time the level of customer service has been very disappointing. I'm a small business owner myself and it astounds me how the business continues to provide poor customer service even though it is very evident that this is something they need to work on. They've got great stuff and that?s why we keep going back but each time my family goes, we prepare ourselves to get in and out. We only enjoy the product once we bring it home. I wanted to write a review months ago and not surprising, amongst the good reviews, there are always bad ones. Sometimes the bad reviews out number the good. I've been keeping an eye on the reviews Trixie and Peanut receive on Citysearch and I find it rather amusing that they take the time to respond to the bad reviews when they should be using that energy on training their staff on customer service. Quit putting a band aid on the situation and fix the problem. My business is also in the service industry and my team and I go above and beyond for our customers. I don't expect Trixie and Peanut to do the same but I would like them to work on it a little bit. If there is one thing I've learned about the customer service industry is that the quality of service starts with the boss. If the boss doesn't care, why should their staff. I've read reviews about how great the customer service is on their website. Maybe that?s the way to go so you don't have to interact with the people who work at this business. At least over the phone they have to answer your questions and you don't have to see their expressions of boredom and impatience. The only problem with that is the store does carry products that aren't on their website. They always say everything is on the website but that simply isn't true. Best of luck to Trixie and Peanut. Hopefully you can get it together. Whether you believe it or not, customers are important. From the Johnson family. Pros: Great selection Cons: Poor customer service
