I'm so glad to see that I was not the only one who has experienced the worst customer service ever, at Trixie and Peanut. I have been there 2 times, leaving empty handed and haven't returned since. There are nice products in the store but unfortanetly the staff is a nightmare and makes me want to run out as soon as I see them. It's hard to find the perfect item without bringing my little puppy, but for this last time that I came without him, I thought the expert staff could help with a simple polo t-shirt. I told the nice man that my dog was about 12-15 lbs and asked what size he would recommend. In return his answer "how do you not know how big your dog is!?" I said "of course he's 12-15lbs. What size would you recommend?" Ignoring me he screamed at another customer who was using flash photography and went on a rampage at the other customer. He focused on us a few minutes later after his tempertantrum. I guess he couldn't focus well enough, because I then asked him if he had a large. After 3x asking if he had a larger size, the man ignored me until I finally had to ask if he spoke English. I couldn't take the service and walked out screaming under my breathe in hate. I'm not sure who you have to be, to be treated like a normal human being in your store. But its just funny to think that they are nicer at Chanel and Gucci, than at a dog store. Your stuff is nice, love the products, but I can not spend my money with the current employees you have hired and supposedly trained to be courteous and kind. Look forward to shopping when you're re-staffed.
