Review content:
Rented a car recently at this location (Oct 2011) without incident/accident, returned it, was advised that there was damage to the left rear bumper. Acknowledged there were scuffs to the paint at lower portion of bumper, but nothing more (it was even written up as scratches/dings); they charged our AMEX acct immediately for the $500.00 deductable, we late got a letter from the Damage Recovery Unit, stating almost $500.00 damages (above the $500 deductable they already took), with $250 or so of that being admin fees, diminished value fees, and loss of use fees. What a bunch of crap. If you don't believe me, google Enterprise Car Rental damage scam.
