We've lived here for just shy of a year and can't wait to move. Every day is something else with Madison management. They left our front door open on TWO separate occasions to make cosmetic (aka SENSELESS) repairs to the doors and my dog ran away because the second time they gave NO NOTICE!! We probably won't get our pet back because Sumneytpwn Pike is so close and so busy. On a less personal note, they fix nothing, don't take things like electrical problems in the apartments seriously and are very rude in general. The old management (Bozzuto) was fabulous compared to these jokers. Now, they've contacted all of the apartments to put in some new internet and we have 2 days to clean out our bedroom closets! Where does it end? Do yourself a favor and rent elsewhere, we can't wait to!
Pros: nice pool
Cons: not enough parking, no drainage system, rude and incompetent management
